Laundry Facilities: A special laundry card is available for use. Each wash and dry cycle costs $2.75. Detergent and fabric softener are provided. The laundry room is located in Basement, on the right side. Cleanliness: Please keep your room and bathroom clean. When eating or ordering delivery, take care not to stain the sheets; use your bedside table, desk, or the living room for meals. Deep Cleaning Service: An additional deep cleaning service with a change of sheets and towels is available for a nominal fee. No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is not allowed in the rooms. Habitual smokers are kindly asked to smoke in the backyard or on the street. Kitchen Use: You are warmly invited to fully utilize the kitchen and its utensils. Please clean up after use, as it is a shared space with other guests. Pet-Friendly Policy: We are pet-friendly and love our furry friends. We care about their well-being, so please be mindful of their needs.
