Discretion with Neighbors: Some neighbors are not fond of having numerous Airbnb guests in the area. We kindly request that you avoid mentioning your status as an Airbnb guest. Instead, if asked, please refer to yourself as a friend visiting Michelle. Additional Guests: Guests not included in the initial reservation are not permitted. An extra fee will be charged for each additional person. Respect for Property: Please do not touch or use belongings that are not yours. Respect others' property. Laundry Facilities: A special laundry card is available for use. Each wash and dry cycle costs $2.75. Detergent and fabric softener are provided. The laundry room is located in Basement, on the right side. Cleanliness: Please keep your room and bathroom clean. When eating or ordering delivery, take care not to stain the sheets; use your bedside table, desk, or the living room for meals. Deep Cleaning Service: An additional deep cleaning service with a change of sheets and towels is available for a nominal fee. No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is not allowed in the rooms. Habitual smokers are kindly asked to smoke in the backyard or on the street. Kitchen Use: You are warmly invited to fully utilize the kitchen and its utensils. Please clean up after use, as it is a shared space with other guests. Pet-Friendly Policy: We are pet-friendly and love our furry friends. We care about their well-being, so please be mindful of their needs.
