Viele moderne Features, Bidet, eigener Waschturm etc. Sehr zentral in Manhatten und man kommz überall schnell hin. Freundliches Personal im Komplex, Apartment war sehr sauber und hat auch sonst wirklich vieles drin was man nicht erwartet. Nicht gröberes, aber wenn ich zwei Sachen nennen müsste : - Beim Eingang waren oft auffällige Gestalten. (Im EG befindet sich jedoch immer ein Portier) - Tücher haben gefuselt, also Körper und Kleidung waren nach dem Dusche oder Hände waschen z.T. übersät mit weissen Fusseln.

Apartament jest wyposażony dosłownie we wszystko. Łóżko najwygodniejsze na świecie. Lokalizacja rewelacja. Mario bardzo pomocny i troskliwy, na dole portier dlatego jest bezpiecznie. Mieszkanie to taki smart dom jest tam wszystko co potrzebne. Jest mega czysto. Napewno wrócę jeśli przyjadę do NJ. Nie było nic takiego

I can’t say enough, good things about Mario and Mario’s place. He was responsive and helped with everything that I needed, I was probably needier than most, and he not only responded within an hour sent a property manager to help me with something that I couldn’t figure out in the space . If you know, New York, the location couldn’t be better, it was walkable. It had a great bodega downstairs…There’s a Whole Foods one block away for food. The doorman is incredible. It was the BEST experience. For all the comments about the people on the street- it’s NY be street smart and they wont engage. The place inside is so clean, the technology is very fun to play with and the kitchen is everything you could need for a work trip if you wanted to cook and keep yourself healthy. We were so comfortable, it really felt like Home. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip. This airbnb was a dream!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in New York. The location was unbeatable—right in the center with stunning views of Moynihan Train Station and just steps away from Madison Square Garden and other top attractions. The apartment itself was great, and communication with the host Mario was excellent throughout. A fantastic place to stay in the city!

We had a great time at Mario’s, everything was clean, the metro station is right next door, the location is great, and the place has all you could need, from shower cap to hair dryer, towels etc. We were cooking and ordering, the view is nice, it has a balcony. What we loved the most was the iclean robot vacuum cleaner, we called her Fatima, she was cleaning each time we left the place, and the lightbulbs & curtains were working with WiFi, pretty neat.

Great place. There are some reviews about the AC but it’s pretty simple on how to operate. People out front are a bit sketchy but it’s not unsafe if that makes sense. The apartment is great, the controls make it nice. The bathroom is super cool. Balcony. It was a great stay. I’ll be staying here for all my NY stays.

Mario’s place is so so nice! It’s very high tech and in a great location! The only thing I didn’t know prior to booking is that the bedroom has no door separating it from the hallway to the living room/kitchen area. Not a big deal at all! Just wanted to mention it! He was very kind and responsive and I loveeed the view!!
