The room was perfect for our stay. Dispite being in a very busy area, you can't hear any of the outside noise. The location was great and would happily stay here again.

Wonderful location. I was very nervous stay “off the strip” for my first visit to New York but couldn’t have picked a better place. It was myself (F48) and my daughter (F21).
Adrian let us drop off our luggage before the room was ready so we could hit the town as soon as our plane landed. You have three locked doors and 3 flights of stairs in order to access your room- never once did I feel unsafe.
You have a community shower and in a separate area also a community toilet. Toilet area was always spotless, never out of paper and always available. Shower and sink room was clean for sharing with other. Came with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and towels. I wish I would have thought to bring flip flops.
Room was clean, perfect temperature and the queen was able to sleep both of us comfortably.
The room is about a 10 -15 min walk to Times Square and the nearest subway station. It’s a safe, flat walk, very easy.
I would 100% recommend!

Solo por la ubicación le daría 1000 estrellas y luego, lo más destacable, la amabilidad y atención de Adrián, el anfitrión. La habitación corresponde con lo que indican y es muy cómodo y agradable. Si no se quiere lujo, solo accesibilidad y un sitio que lo tenga todo en poco espacio, este es perfecto!

One of the best Airbnb stays I've had. Fully automated check in, extremely dark and cozy windowless room. I slept like a rock.
Two minor downsides:
1) It's up 3 flights of stairs. Annoying with luggage
2) The toilet room (separate from the bathroom) has no light so far as I could find. The bathroom has no trash.

Great location right in the heart of Hell’s Kitchen. This was perfect for our 5 days exploring the city. Adrian was super responsive and provided plenty of help & instructions ahead of & during our stay!
