Location is fantastic: you're a walk away from Times Square and it's extremely easy to get around the city by walking to the nearby subway station. There are lots of restaurants and cafes around as well. Room was very clean, smelled great, the shared washroom was clean (and kept clean by the other tenants during my stay). Instructions for getting in were clear. Adam was friendly, but I did not need to interact with him much because everything was spot on already (which is what I really liked). Overall really enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend.
