We had a last-minute change and were stuck without a room in New York during one of its busiest seasons… Christmas. I was responsible for my associates arrangements so the pressure was even greater. Michelle came through like a champ. She even helped with stay requirements after the Airbnb ended and made it possible for my associate to do everything that needed to be done.. he was very impressed. Tks guys
