I had a wonderful stay and experience staying here! I am grateful to find this place and it was conveniently close to everything! With so much to do within walking distance I highly recommend staying here.

J’ai adoré mon séjour ! L’emplacement est tout simplement parfait, c’est à proximité de tout, ce qui rend les déplacements extrêmement faciles. J’avais un spectacle en soirée et il ne m’a fallu que 7 minutes pour m’y rendre à pied, ce qui était vraiment idéal. La chambre était super propre, confortable et fidèle à la description. On s’y sent bien dès l’arrivée. L’hôte a été très disponible, réactive et d’une grande gentillesse tout au long de mon séjour. L’endroit est également très facile d’accès, que ce soit en arrivant en autobus ou autrement, et l’entrée se fait sans complication. Si je retourne à New York, je reviendrai ici sans hésiter. C’est vraiment l’endroit idéal pour profiter pleinement de son séjour. Je recommande à 100 % merci Michelle!

I loved the place! The room is super cute and modern! I loved the bed! Everything was so nice and comfortable! I would choose it again and highly recommend it! Plus, it's in a great area and the price is fair!

I had an amazing stay at Michelle’s! It was the perfect spot for me as a woman who was traveling alone and I felt super safe in the area and in my room with the lock. I didn’t pay the full price because the listing was discounted but I would most definitely pay that the next time I stay in New York. Train is easily accessible. Michelle is responsive and nice. 10/10 definitely booking again. Loved that she had plates and plastic ware and a paper towel roll in the room because they forgot it in my order and I was so annoyed when I saw that. Very forward thinking in the curating of this space- it’s perfect!

What an incredible host. From booking to checkout, Adam was extremely responsive and always willing to help in any way possible. His place is perfect for any trip to the Big Apple. I loved it so much I extended for a few days and Adam made me feel so welcomed!! I would personally give the place 10 stars!! Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Adam was very responsive and I loved how simple the check in process was. Such a nice cozy place to stay. Pretty clean with access to most kitchen essentials, a fridge, and full bathroom. Even though it's the heart of the city, noise wasn't really an issue and there are a ton of great places nearby for coffee, nightlife, and dining. Even though it was NYC, I still appreciated having access to the TV in the room for winding down and taking a thoughtful journal or computer moment at the desk was nice. The address was in the check-in link and instructions in the chat so view and maybe confirm before lugging ur suitcase on the bus. I highly recommend this listing to folks who'd like a simple and cute place to lay their head and tend to necessities before hitting the town. Thanks again for everything!

I had an amazing stay at American Dream Guest House! The space was incredibly cozy, clean, and felt like a home away from home. The hosts were very welcoming and attentive. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great retreat. 5 stars! Tuve una estancia increíble en American Dream Guest House! It was a very nice place and close to everything in the heart of Manhattan. Michelle was very responsive and helpful. The place was clean and easy to get to.

If you know Manhattan, you’ll know how amazing of a B&B this place is. The location is amazing; it is two blocks away from the times square, on the restaurant street. For Manhattan, this place is spatious, clean, and safe.

My stay was impeccable; the place is exactly as shown in the photos. If you don’t mind sharing the bathroom and kitchen (I was lucky to have very clean roommates), it’s a great place to stay. There are many restaurants nearby, and the subway station is about four blocks away, which is very important for getting around New York. Adrian was always available to answer my questions before check-in, and once I arrived I didn’t need to contact him at all because everything was exactly as described. If I come back to NYC, I would definitely rent it again.
