Remote but very friendly staff! Nice location and great price/quality for NYC… Do read the communication the team sends you, otherwise you won’t get in! They were so friendly to let me check in a bit early and leave my luggage afterwards. It’s a bit noisy if the neighbors are loud. But this is quite often the case in NYC. No acoustic hotel door so bring earplugs and you’ll be fine. 2 shared bathrooms that were free every time I needed them!

Great location right in the heart of Hell’s Kitchen. This was perfect for our 5 days exploring the city. Adrian was super responsive and provided plenty of help & instructions ahead of & during our stay!

Todo estuvo muy bien con el hospedaje, el lugar está a 2 cuadras de la parada de metro. Tomar en cuenta que el baño está en otro cuarto y es un baño compartido con otros 3 apartamentos. Fuimos en invierno y la habitación se mantuvo muy cálida, las sábanas que nos dieron nos calentaron bastante. Otra cosa, hay que subir gradas un poco estrechas. Si tengo la oportunidad volvería a reservar acá.

It was spacious and very convenient. Very clean. Staff was very cooperative. Wanted to mention Alex, he was always one call available and keen to solve your issue. As such there is nothing bad about it. Its really nice.

Ottima posizione centrale! Host molto disponibile in caso di bisogno. Mancanza dell’ascensore con scale ripide, non è stato un problema per noi ma potrebbe esserlo in caso di difficoltà fisica.

What a great find in NYC! I felt comfortable and safe, it was an easy location for where I needed to be (access to subway, walkable from Central Park and Chelsea). I would absolutely stay here again!

My host was most accommodating. The room was neat and clean. The common rooms were accessible and I had everything I needed. It was also nice and quiet which I appreciate! I highly recommend this place.

I think for this price I got so much more than I deserve. There isn’t a place around there has this price and you got so many things you can eat around. She always answers your questions and she is on top of everything. And this place is very old fashioned lots stairs to climb but very nice if you don’t have too much luggages. Nothing to complain here. Easy access to the kitchen and very private room. It looks old but it’s clean and very accessible for everything you want to do or to eat. From morning to midnight. The way to access the room is very easy it got this feature of tap the ‘unlock the door button’ on the website. That pretty cool. And you don’t have to carry a key or a card that sometimes lost of the magnetics.

It was clean, well equipped with microwave, fridge, iron and glasses. Bed and linens were comfy. Sheared bathroom was new and weird for us but was clean and well worth the savings for a one night stay.
