The location of this property is perfect if you’re wanting something affordable but still within walking distance to a lot of major landmarks. It was absolutely perfect for Times Square, Broadway, Central Park. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Sharing a bathroom was an experience but it wasn’t a bad one. It was clean and never occupied when we needed it.

Viele moderne Features, Bidet, eigener Waschturm etc. Sehr zentral in Manhatten und man kommz überall schnell hin. Freundliches Personal im Komplex, Apartment war sehr sauber und hat auch sonst wirklich vieles drin was man nicht erwartet. Nicht gröberes, aber wenn ich zwei Sachen nennen müsste : - Beim Eingang waren oft auffällige Gestalten. (Im EG befindet sich jedoch immer ein Portier) - Tücher haben gefuselt, also Körper und Kleidung waren nach dem Dusche oder Hände waschen z.T. übersät mit weissen Fusseln.

La habitación es justo lo que se necesita para una estadía en Nueva York donde se está todo el día haciendo excursiones. Cómoda y limpia para una o dos personas. El baño siempre limpio. Adam siempre atento. Muy recomendable. Volvería sin dudas

I had a wonderful stay at this private accommodation. The host was very communicative and always available to answer any questions, which made the experience feel welcoming and hassle‑free. Check‑in was straightforward and well‑organized. The location couldn’t be better—it’s central and convenient for exploring the area. The accommodation itself was excellent, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I’d happily stay here again.

Excelente nuestra estadía. La zona es una maravilla todo súper cerca. El check in super fácil. Adrian estuvo atento en todo momento. Tal cual a las fotos y a la descripción. Si vuelvo a Nueva York volvería sin duda a alojarme allí!!

La ubicación es perfecta, es una zona cercana a todo, estabamos a 4 cuadras de Times Square y a 1 cuadra de estacion de subte/tren/micros. Teniamos en frente una parada de bus. Pudimos movernos por Manhattan super bien. Llegue un ratito antes y el host me ayudo a poder hacer el check in y poder entrar sin problemas. La habitacion es pequeña pero fue suficiente para los dias que estuvimos, usamos la cafetera todos los dias, la cama muy comoda y el wifi andaba muy bien. La television de la habitacion es gigante, la aprovechamos para mirar Netflix. El baño compartido limpio y comodo, habia jabon, shampoo, acondicionador y secador de pelo. Les aseguro que el lugar vale la pena! Sin dudas volveria a ir al mismo lugar. Hay un bar abajo que a veces ponian musica muy fuerte por la noche. Es la unica desventaja de vivir en un lugar tan centrico, sobre la 9na avenida. Sin embargo, el departamento tiene ventanas que aislan bastante el sonido y el host proporciono tapones de oido para mas comodidad. Yo soy una persona que se despierta facilmente y pude dormir sin problema.

Que estaba súper equipado, muy cómodo y se sentía seguro, adicional el Host fue muy atento y amable. Es un tanto estrecho el pasillo con las escaleras que llevan al alojamiento lo que dificulta un poco si se requiere subir con maletas o equipaje pesado.

Apartament jest wyposażony dosłownie we wszystko. Łóżko najwygodniejsze na świecie. Lokalizacja rewelacja. Mario bardzo pomocny i troskliwy, na dole portier dlatego jest bezpiecznie. Mieszkanie to taki smart dom jest tam wszystko co potrzebne. Jest mega czysto. Napewno wrócę jeśli przyjadę do NJ. Nie było nic takiego

I can’t say enough, good things about Mario and Mario’s place. He was responsive and helped with everything that I needed, I was probably needier than most, and he not only responded within an hour sent a property manager to help me with something that I couldn’t figure out in the space . If you know, New York, the location couldn’t be better, it was walkable. It had a great bodega downstairs…There’s a Whole Foods one block away for food. The doorman is incredible. It was the BEST experience. For all the comments about the people on the street- it’s NY be street smart and they wont engage. The place inside is so clean, the technology is very fun to play with and the kitchen is everything you could need for a work trip if you wanted to cook and keep yourself healthy. We were so comfortable, it really felt like Home. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip. This airbnb was a dream!
